Dr. Tierra Hardin, DOM, L.Ac, ADS
Dr. Tierra Hardin, Doctor of Acupuncture and Herbal medicine, is an award-winning integrative health acupuncturist, educator, and nonprofit founder with a deep commitment to whole-person, patient-centered care. She is recognized by the Washington Informer as Best Acupuncturist in the DMV, Best Black-Owned Business Overall, and a Finalist for Best Mental Health Advocacy in the DMV.
Dr. Hardin is the founder of Noble Integrative Health, where she provides evidence-informed acupuncture and holistic care for individuals navigating chronic pain, stress-related conditions, cancer support, women’s health, and complex health challenges. Her clinical approach bridges Eastern and Western medicine, with a focus on addressing root causes while supporting patients alongside conventional medical treatment.
With a background that includes advanced doctoral training in acupuncture and Oriental medicine, Dr. Hardin brings both clinical rigor and compassion to her work. Her care philosophy emphasizes nervous system regulation, restoration of balance, and patient empowerment—recognizing the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and mental health.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Hardin leads Noble Integrative Health Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to integrative healthcare and education for underserved communities. Through community-based programs, partnerships, and advocacy, she works to reduce disparities in supportive and integrative care.
Dr. Hardin is known for her collaborative approach, frequently engaging with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and institutions to advance integrative models of care that improve quality of life and patient outcomes.
When Dr. Hardin is not caring for patients, she enjoyes doing yoga and making essential oil blends, as she is a certifed in Kundalini yoga and aromatherapy. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
